He brings an unparalleled blend of leadership and technical expertise, having served as the Managing Trustee and CEO of Deshpande Foundation, Chairman Emeritus and Founder of Sankalp Semiconductor, and General Manager at Texas Instruments.

His wealth of experience in the tech industry allows him to guide FarmERP’s strategic direction, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation in agri-tech.

Under his mentorship, FarmERP® continuously refines its digital solutions to offer smarter decision-making tools that empower farmers and agribusinesses to boost efficiency and profitability globally.

Vivek Pawar

With a passion for innovation and a dedication to empowering students, Vivek Pawar is a visionary leader making significant contributions in the fields of technology, education, and social entrepreneurship.

Vivek has a diverse background, with over 30 years of experience in executive management roles within the Semiconductor Industry, Startup ecosystem creation, as well as mentoring/investing in startups. His career has spanned across India, the USA, and global reach with Sankalp Semiconductor growing from startup to world brand, providing him with invaluable insights into global markets and HiTech Industry.

Current Role & Responsibilities:

Currently, Vivek serves as the CEO of i4C (Innovation for Change), a not-for-profit organization founded to create and improve the innovation culture for students, enhancing their employability. He also plays a key role as Advisor and Trustee of the Deshpande Foundation, where he has been instrumental in creating rural transformation products and spearheading numerous programs in Karnataka and Maharashtra.

Prior Experience:

Managing Trustee and CEO of Deshpande Foundation, where he worked on creating rural transformation products from a range of programs.
Chairman Emeritus and Founder of Sankalp Semiconductor, a leading global analog semiconductor design service provider. Under his leadership, Sankalp Semiconductor has achieved significant milestones and global recognition.
General/Program Management in Texas Instruments in India and USA with 3 USA patents approved.

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and a master’s degree in Technology (MTech) from IIT Kharagpur.

Mahesh Jadhav

His expertise lies in the intersection of AI, SaaS, and technology-enabled services with a strong background in impact investing and leadership roles at Panex, Accenture, and Cognizant.
As a key advisor to FarmERP® Mahesh contributes invaluable insights into how digital technology and AI are transforming the agricultural landscape.

Mahesh Jadhav

With a distinguished career spanning 28 years, Mahesh Jadhav has emerged as a seasoned leader in private equity, technology, and strategic management.


He is an impact investor and senior tech industry executive. He has led multiple investments in software, SaaS, and tech-enabled services and played various C-level and P&L /Strategic Leadership roles at Panex, Accenture, and Cognizant. Mahesh is deeply interested in how digital technology and AI are transforming various industries, especially agriculture.


Current Role & Responsibilities:

Currently serving as a Senior Operating Partner in the Private Equity Group at Mubadala Capital, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds, Mahesh co-leads significant investments in software, SaaS, tech, and tech-enabled services firms. His expertise is scaling businesses, advising CEOs and boards, and fostering strategic growth.


Prior Experience:

  • Global P&L Leader and Business Unit Head at Cognizant, where he led the digital services business catering to renowned companies like Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, and Twitter.
  • Strategic management consulting roles at Accenture USA and PwC India, advising tech and industrial companies on various aspects of strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and global operating model transformation.
  • Chief Operating Officer of Panex, a successful big data and analytics tech startup in the US.



Education:


Mahesh’s an MBA in Strategic Management from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as an MMS in Finance and MIS from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management, Mumbai University. Additionally, he completed the Harvard Program on Fintech for Executives, further enhancing his expertise in the ever-evolving technology landscape.

Rodrigo Ocampo

Rodrigo Ocampo is a global investor and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in banking, private equity, and agribusiness. In 2018, he led the leveraged buyout of EMCO CAL, managing Europe’s leading strawberry variety, and drove its expansion into markets including Egypt, Turkey, South Africa, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India.

Previously, as Senior Principal at Value Investments Group (Peru), he delivered strong returns, including 18× ROI (Pedregal), 13× ROI (Consorcio Forestal Amazónico), and 10× ROI (I-Vale).

His earlier career spans leadership roles at Northern Trust, Harris Bank, Banco Santander, and ING Peru, along with global executive search leadership at A.T. Kearney, placing senior executives in major organizations.

In 2018, he led the leveraged buyout of EMCO CAL, the manager of Europe’s leading strawberry variety, after extensive due diligence. Since then, he and his partners have driven a major international expansion strategy in the premium berry sector.

Despite challenges such as COVID-19, the Ukraine war, and global supply chain disruptions, the company expanded into Egypt, Turkey, South Africa, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India, helping build new berry plant and IQF fruit production industries in several regions.

EMCO CAL now represents exclusive berry varieties from leading research institutions including the University of Florida, University of Arkansas, Washington State University, and the USDA/Oregon State breeding programs.

Before EMCO CAL, Rodrigo spent over a decade as a Senior Principal at Value Investments Group in Peru, where he delivered strong private equity returns, including:
